These Terms apply to the spnintegrations.ca website (the "Site"), operated by SPN Integrations. Using the Site means you accept them.

These terms cover the website, not the work

Design, supply, installation and service work is governed by the written quotation, proposal or contract we sign with you for that project — not by this page. Where anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Information on the Site

The Site describes the systems we design and install. It is provided for general information and is not a quotation, an offer or a warranty. Product names, capabilities and availability change; anything you intend to rely on should be confirmed with us in writing for your specific project.

Trade marks and third-party brands

Lutron, Clara, Home Assistant, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other product and company names on this Site are the trade marks of their respective owners. They are used to describe the equipment we install. Their use does not imply that those companies endorse us, except where we state a specific relationship in plain words on the relevant page.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and photography on this Site are ours or our licensors', except where a caption identifies an image as supplied by a manufacturer. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Republishing the content as your own is not permitted.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a manufacturer or another third party, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Availability

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.
