We design and install commercial audio-video systems for organisations across the Greater Toronto Area — meeting and conference rooms, hybrid meeting rooms, LED video walls, room-booking displays and unified communications.

Every system is specified around how the room is actually used: sight lines from the far end of the table, microphone pickup that covers the whole room rather than the seat nearest the mic, and a one-touch start that works for whoever booked it.

Meeting and conference rooms

Displays sized to the room and the seating distance, so the far end of the table can read a spreadsheet rather than guess at it. Microphone coverage planned across the whole table. Cable management and a rack that a technician can actually work in. Control that starts the room with one press.

Hybrid meeting rooms

Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms, built on certified hardware so the room stays supported and updatable. PTZ voice-tracking cameras follow whoever is speaking, so remote attendees see the person talking instead of a wide shot of an empty table. The aim is a room where remote and in-person attendees are on the same footing.

Houses of worship

Congregations have a different set of problems from boardrooms, and we build for them: speech intelligibility for a room with hard surfaces and a high ceiling, assistive listening for members who need it, and livestreaming for people who cannot attend in person.

The constraint that matters most is who operates it. These systems are usually run by a rotating group of volunteers, not a technician, so the control surface has to be simple enough that someone can be handed it with five minutes of explanation and get the service on air.

LED video walls and unified communications

Direct-view LED for spaces where a projector cannot compete with the ambient light, room-booking displays outside each room, and unified communications tied into the platform your organisation already runs.
